Shipping & Delivery

Uk – Orders are usually sent within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment and usually arrive in a few business days.

Europe – Orders are usually sent within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment and delivered within around 7 business days.

Worlwide – Currently by default we only ship to European countries unless otherwise shown on each product but please feel free to ask if delivery is available in your country by emailing to enquiries@frekl.co.uk

Returns & Replacements

Items can be returned If unused and in there original packaging within 15 days of purchase. To return an Item simply contact us by email stating that you wish to make a return. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying any return or assocaiated costs and paying for any non recoverable outgoing postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items must be sent to our logistic warehouse as written in the e-mail that confirms your return request and, once received, we will issue immediately refund your order or If requested arrange for a new item to be sent.

For simple returns that allow you to conveniently drop off your item at a local drop off point we recommend using  Parcel2Go

In the case of faulty products or delivery errors please make a return request by email, attaching a photo of the product Issue.

After verifying the fault and/or error, you will receive instructions on how we will collect the goods.

Once a return Is recieved and accepted any refund Is expected to made within 24-36 hours.
